Shipping

Your personalized ornaments are shipped via ground shipping using First Class and Priority Mail.  Please allow 5 to 8 days from the day you order to receive your personalized purchase.  Orders are processed within 3 days and then shipped right out. Shipping to APO and Military addresses require 3 to 4 weeks for shipping.  Canadian Shipping Times can range from receipt as early as 5 days to 3 weeks during the holiday season.  We make every effort to ship your ornaments out as quickly as possible, and customs can delay the process at times.  During the holiday shopping season, we ask that you allow an extra 2 days for receipt during the week of December 20, 2010.  Tracking is available and this certainly helps to expedite the personalized ornament shipping time.

Christmas Ornament Shopping Season

During the holiday season, we make every effort to ship your ornaments out as quickly as possible and we offer a personalized shopping service in the case that an item becomes out of stock.  When you select your personalized ornament and enter the personalization information, you are prompted to answer yes or no if you would like for personalized ornaments world customer service to select a replacement should you selected ornament become out of stock.  When you select no, we will refund you the cost of the purchased item and send along the items we have in stock.  When you select yes, we will select a great replacement and personalize it to your specifications.  It is our commitment to ensure customer service and a great gift during the hectic shopping season.  It is all up to you!
